Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments
Chiropractic
- 1st time: grace
- 2nd time+: 50% of patient fee
Massage & Acupuncture
- 1st time: 50% of fee
- 2nd time+: 100% of fee
Late Cancellations
Due to the nature of booking Massage and Acupuncture appointments, 8 hours notice is required to cancel these appointments. Failure to do so will result in the fees mentioned above.
Reminder Calls
While we do make courtesy reminder calls, it is ultimately your responsibility to attend appointments that you have booked with the clinic.
If you do not receive your reminder call, the missed appointment fee still applies.
